Founded by the Kirby and Bialkower families in 1999, Heathcote Estate has firmly established itself as one of Australia’s leading producers of Shiraz. More recently the release of the 2005 Grenache has confirmed the place of Heathcote Estate within Australia’s vinous constellation.

Ralph supplies us with nearly all of our meat requirements. His dedication to his trade is reminiscent of the late Jonathan Gianfreda. All his smallgoods are made in the new factory premises using pork, beef and turkey breast, all of which are certified organic produce. He makes his own gluten free sausages twice a week, using organic and biodynamic ingredients wherever possible.

Ralph’s famous beef cuts are sourced from Victorian farmers and are aged to ensure flavour and tenderness.

In 1959, from a very modest beginning, Nick and Tony Anassis began a business which was to become a benchmark in the Melbourne seafood industry. Today, with Aquanas Foods, Jim Anassis with his two sons Nick and George, continue the family tradition.

StreetSmart Australia was established in 2003 to support and strengthen smaller, grassroots community organisations helping the homeless. These smaller organisations are critical in helping many people in crisis. StreetSmart helps out by raising funds and delivering financial grants, raising community awareness of the issues of homelessness and assisting these organisations to connect across their communities.

When money is raised from the public through our fundraising events, 100 per cent of all donations is distributed in the form of grants. To date we have raised and distributed over $250,000. We support critical services, social inclusion, empowerment and sustainable change for the homeless.
